Where is my order?

All our shipments come with a tracking code.

As soon as the goods are entrusted to the courier, you will receive a shipment notification via email with a code which will allow you to track the shipment. Tracking on the courier’s website is activated within about 24/48 hours. It may therefore not be immediately available (if so, don’t worry as it is not an anomaly).

Tracking will also be visible in your “Order History”; enter your order details and click on the “Tracking” icon.
