Where is my order?

All our shipments are trackable.

The couriers we currently use are: GLS and AMAZON SHIPPING for Italy and DHL for international deliveries.

As soon as the goods are handed over to the courier, you'll receive a shipping notification via email with tracking information, allowing you to track your shipment. Tracking on the courier's website takes approximately 24-48 hours to activate and become fully functional. Therefore, it may not be immediately available (don't be alarmed; this isn't an anomaly).

Tracking will also be visible in your “Order History” by entering your order details and clicking on the “Tracking” icon.
