Delivery methods

Shipping of online orders takes place by courier at the requested home or work address.

At the moment, the only shipping option is the Standard one, in the times indicated above. Express shipping is not provided for.

- our couriers deliver throughout the day; it is not possible to request a delivery by appointment;

- Standard delivery is exclusively curb delivery and it does not include a telephone notice; floor delivery is not provided;

- the courier shall attempt delivery twice; in the event of further unavailability of the recipient, the courier will return the goods to their headquarters. By contacting our Customer Service, you can request delivery to the same address or provide a different one. You may also go to the relevant courier warehouse within 2 working days. In case of failure to provide details for a new delivery attempt within 48 hours, the goods will return to our warehouse.

At the time of shipment, you will receive an e-mail with tracking number that will allow you to follow the status of your order. The courier does not provide telephone notice; in case of need, LeSAC will provide your telephone number to arrange a new delivery attempt.
