General conditions for the return of one or more products

We inform you that to withdraw from the contract and activate the specific return procedure, the following conditions must be met:

• the return request must be received within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, and the product must be delivered to the courier within 14 calendar days from our return authorization.
• We inform you that the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
• The products must be returned in the same conditions of receipt, or in perfect condition, complete with all their elements: all labels related to the product must not be removed, the products must be new and unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals. Otherwise we will not be able to accept your return.
• You can only ship your return from the country (country) where you placed the order.
• It is understood that the transport risks for the return of the products will be entirely borne by the customer.
• If your return does not comply with the conditions listed above, the return will be refused and the refund will not be made.
• The LE SAC warehouse will take delivery of the returned products, reserving the right to verify their integrity. Once the return has been accepted, it will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products. This refund will be made by crediting the amount paid to the payment method used (eg credit card or PayPal account).
