RETURN REQUEST:

ONLINE ORDERS:

For any reason a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
We inform you that the return shipping costs will be entirely at your expense. The refund will cover the cost of the items purchased and then returned, not any cost incurred for the initial shipment.

The product can be returned using the national post offices or a courier of your choice. The shipping receipt must be kept as proof for tracking the shipment. The returned product must be sent to the following address:

Le SAC will not be held responsible in any way in the event of damage or loss of the package, until it is received at the address indicated above.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
It is your right to return any product received defective or shipped incorrectly by us. In this case, we invite you to open an online return request (see below how) indicating the relative motivation and strictly attaching the images of the defective product. We will reserve the right to evaluate your request before handling the return process. The LE SAC warehouse will take delivery of the returned products, reserving the right to actually verify their defects. Once the return has been accepted, LE SAC will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products.
