HOW CANCEL AN ORDER

We process your order immediately, to ensure it is sent to you as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed before shipment takes place and verification by our customer service will be required. Send a written cancellation request to clienti@le-sac.it. If the request is successful, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Note: once the order has been processed, it is not possible to delete individual items from your order.
