Returns and Refunds

Important information

All items are quality checked for defects before they are dispatched to the customer. LE SAC does its utmost to ensure that the colors of the products contained on the site appear as close as possible to reality. However, LE SAC cannot guarantee that the color displayed by the Customer on his screen corresponds perfectly to that of the product.
In order for the return procedure to be handled as quickly as possible, LE SAC invites the customer to organize the return of all the items they wish to return in a single shipment. In order to reduce the risk of any damage to the products, LE SAC recommends using the same box used for the relative delivery for the return. If the box is not reusable, it will be possible to return the items in a different packaging, provided that the Customer ensures the suitability of the packaging. Returns that are damaged, stained or altered may be refused and not refunded.
The LE SAC warehouse will take delivery of the returned products and carry out the quality checks to verify their actual status. The refund will be made by re-crediting the sums paid by the customer for the purchase of the products according to the payment method used. In case of purchase by credit card, the refund time will depend on the credit card used and will in any case take place within two account statements.
