The quality of all items is checked for defects before they are shipped to the customer. We have done everything possible to ensure that the colors of the products contained on our site appear as close to reality as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen is a perfect match for the actual product.
In order for the return procedure to be handled as quickly as possible, we invite you to ship all the items you want to replace in a single shipment. In order to reduce the risk of any damage to the products, we recommend that you ship them in the same box in which they were received. If the box is no longer available, it will be possible to ship the items in a different package, making sure that they are well protected. Damaged, stained or altered returns may be refused and not refunded.
Our warehouse will take delivery of the returned products and will carry out quality checks to verify the actual non-compliance. The refund will be made by crediting the sums paid by the customer for the purchase of the products according to the payment method used. In case of purchase by credit card, the repayment time will depend on the credit card used and will in any case take place within two account statements.
