Important information

The Customer, under the following conditions, has the right to withdraw from any order concerning LE SAC products, without giving any reason and with any declaration, as long as it is explicit, delivered to LE SAC. 

The right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to sealed products that do not lend themselves to being returned for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and which have been opened after delivery, such as, by way of example, items in the Underwear/Lingerie section, where expressly indicated in the product sheet, protective masks, and disinfectant gels. 

If the Customer intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, he/she must comply with the specifications in the following article 4 "Methods for exercising the right of withdrawal" and 5 "Discipline of withdrawal of online orders with collection in store" and proceed with the return in accordance with the policy "How to open a return request", to avoid unnecessary additional costs. 

The cost of shipping a return made from a country other than Italy is always charged to the customer. 

1. Information regarding the right of withdrawal pursuant to article 49, paragraph 1, lett. (h) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 "Consumer Code" 

1.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days starting from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer himself, acquires physical possession of the ordered goods. In the event of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the Customer in a single order and delivered separately, the term of 14 days starts from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good. 

1.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform LE SAC (LE SAC S.r.l., Milan (MI) Via Benigno Crespi 57 - e-mail: clienti@le-sac.it) of the decision to withdraw from the contract through any explicit declaration to this effect (for example, with a letter sent by post or e-mail), if necessary, the Customer can contact LE SAC at the address clienti@le-sac.it to request the form to exercise his right of withdrawal . 

1.3. It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal by accessing the personal area, entering the "ORDER HISTORY" section and then the "RETURNS" section and then following the guided procedure. 

1.4. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, LE SAC will send an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (by e-mail) without delay. 

1.5. The deadline set for the withdrawal is considered respected if the Customer transmits his declaration before the expiry of the term of 14 days starting from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer himself, acquires physical possession of the well ordered. In the event of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the Customer in a single order and delivered separately, the term of 14 days starts from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good 

 

2. Effects of withdrawal (article 55 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 "Consumer Code") 

2.1. Following the withdrawal from the contract formalized in accordance with these provisions, LE SAC will reimburse the Customer for all payments made, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs deriving from the choice of a type of delivery other than the standard one offered by LE SAC), net of the direct cost of returning the returned product. 

2.2. In the event that the Customer proceeds with a return without respecting the procedure "How to open a return request" and therefore sends the goods with his own courier, the transport will remain the responsibility of the Customer. 

2.3. The refund is made by LE SAC without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which LE SAC is informed by the Customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. In the event that the return takes place at the Customer's expense and care, LE SAC may withhold the refund until it has received the product or until the Customer has demonstrated that we have shipped the goods, by sending the relative POD (Proof of Delivery). 

2.4. These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the Customer during the purchase, unless otherwise established. In any case, the Customer will not have to incur any costs as a result of this reimbursement. 

2.5. The Customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the contract. 

3. Obligations of the Customer in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal (article 57 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 "Consumer Code") 

3.1. Without prejudice to the detailed provisions in the "How to open a return request" policy, the Products must be returned: 

(a) correctly packed in their original packaging, not ruined, damaged, or soiled and equipped with a tag and all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation. In case of loss of the original packaging, the Customer must, at his own expense, replace it in order to proceed with the return of the products. 

(b) in possession of the transport document (which will be issued by LE SAC following the return request), so as to allow LE SAC to identify the product being returned and the Customer (Order number, name, surname and address); 

(c) without manifest signs of use, if not those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the article (they must not bear traces of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as to do not allow resale). 

3.2 If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, or if the exception to the right of withdrawal operates (sealed products that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery), the withdrawal will not be effective, the product will be sent back to the Customer and the relative refund cannot be made. 

3.3 The Customer can proceed with the return only from the country (country) in which the delivery took place. Otherwise, all return costs will be borne by the Customer. 

3.4 The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves. 

4. How to exercise the right of withdrawal. 

4.1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform LE SAC (LE SAC S.r.l., Milan (MI) Via Benigno Crespi 57 - e-mail: clienti@le-sac.it) of the decision to withdraw from the contract through any explicit declaration to this effect (for example, with a letter sent by post or e-mail), if necessary, the Customer can contact LE SAC at the address clienti@le-sac.it to request the form to exercise his right of withdrawal . 

4.2. If the Customer is registered, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal by accessing the personal area, entering the "ORDER HISTORY" section and then the "Returns" section and then follow the guided procedure. 

4.3. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, LE SAC will send an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (sample, by e-mail) without delay. 

4.4. In order for the return to be made, the Customer must print the return label which can be downloaded from the site at the end of the return guided procedure (which will be sent by LE SAC in the event of a return formalized by mail/AR communication) and apply it on the package. 

4.5. The return methods are indicated in detail in the section "How to open a return request". 

5. Discipline of the withdrawal of online orders with in-store collection. 

5.1. Orders placed on the LE SAC website PAID ONLINE BUT WITH COLLECTION AT THE POINT OF SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED AT THE POINT OF SALE. The Customer, to exercise his right of withdrawal, must follow the procedure referred to in article 4 above and make the return by following the "How to open a return request" policy.
