For any reason a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
We inform you that the return shipping costs will be entirely at your expense. The refund will cover the cost of the items purchased and then returned, not any cost incurred for the initial shipment.

It is your right to return any product received defective or shipped incorrectly by us. In this case, we invite you to open an online return request (see below how) indicating the relative motivation and strictly attaching the images of the defective product. We will reserve the right to evaluate your request before handling the return process. The LE SAC warehouse will take delivery of the returned products, reserving the right to actually verify their defects. Once the return has been accepted, LE SAC will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN OF ONE OR MORE PRODUCTS:
We inform you that to withdraw from the contract and activate the specific return procedure, the following conditions must be met:
• the return request must be received within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, and the product must be delivered to the courier within 14 calendar days from our return authorization.
• We inform you that the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
• The products must be returned in the same conditions of receipt, or in perfect condition, complete with all their elements: all labels related to the product must not be removed, the products must be new and unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals. Otherwise we will not be able to accept your return.
• You can only ship your return from the country (country) where you placed the order.
• It is understood that the transport risks for the return of the products will be entirely borne by the customer.
• If your return does not comply with the conditions listed above, the return will be refused and the refund will not be made.
• The LE SAC warehouse will take delivery of the returned products, reserving the right to verify their integrity. Once the return has been accepted, it will replace or refund the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products. This refund will be made by crediting the amount paid to the payment method used (eg credit card or PayPal account).
HOW TO OPEN AN ONLINE RETURN REQUEST:
If you are a registered customer, go to your personal area and enter your "ORDER HISTORY"> "Returns", and follow the guided procedure, specifying the reason.
In order for your return to be suitable, we remind you to print the return label and the authorization number received by e-mail during the guided procedure and to apply it on the package. We also remind you that the product you intend to return must be delivered to the courier within 14 calendar days from our return authorization. If the authorization number is missing, your return will be refused and the refund will not be issued.
ADDITIONAL RETURN SPECIFICATIONS:
The footwear must be returned inside the relevant boxes. The return can be refused if the box is damaged. These products must be returned in their original box, carefully packed and placed in a cardboard box. Do not use the shoe box directly as packaging to ship your return or we will have to refuse it.
The footwear must never have been used. Any product testing must take place on a clean floor.
BAGS / BACKPACKS RETURNS:
Bags (men and women), backpacks, briefcases and all similar leather goods must be returned with all the original accessories included in the product (example: detachable shoulder strap, charms, etc.) and including the paper or filling used. inside the product to keep it in shape and prevent it from being damaged during transport.
These products must be returned with their original box / cloth and CANNOT BE MODIFIED (e.g. shortened, added,greasy holes, etc.).
Each garment must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, clothes covers, etc.) received with the order.
It must never have been used, except for proof of the same. It must not have been washed, ironed, and / or treated in any way.
Swimwear must be tried on over your personal underwear.
LE SAC will take delivery of the returned products reserving the right to ascertain that they have been returned as new. To this end, it will be appropriate to cover the original packaging of the products with other protective packaging that preserves its integrity, also protecting them from writing or labels. Failure to comply with the above will result in the refusal of the return and the shipping costs will be at your expense.
The luggage product must not have been used in any way, in particular the wheels must not show the slightest sign of wear (any towing test must be carried out on a clean, indoor floor).
If it has the combination lock, this must not be modified in any way but returned with the original combination which is normally “0000”. In case of a padlock, it must be returned with all original keys.
If possible, pack the product with the original box (as it has already been designed for appropriate protection during transport), complete with the original labels / tags, accessories, instructions for use and warranty sheets.
Pursuant to Italian law, the right of return is excluded in the event that the Consumer has purchased tailor-made or personalized products or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened afterwards. delivery. These also include items from the Underwear / Lingerie section (bikini, briefs, boxers etc.), protective masks and disinfectant gels.
HOW TO CANCEL A RETURN

It is not possible for us to change the pick-up appointment. When the courier comes to your home, you can tell him that you have decided to keep your order.
Remember that your return request will remain open in your account. It is not possible to change this setting even if your order has not actually been returned.
REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
LE SAC will take delivery of the returned products and carry out quality checks to verify the actual non-compliance. The refund will be made by crediting the sums paid by the customer for the purchase of the products according to the payment method used. Without prejudice to the maximum limit of 30 days prescribed for the reimbursement of the sums paid by the consumer, the actual time for the re-credit or return of the sums paid by the consumer for the purchase of the goods depends on the payment methods used (Credit Card, PayPal , AmazonPay etc).
The quality of all items is checked for defects before they are shipped to the customer. We have done everything possible to ensure that the colors of the products contained on our site appear as close to reality as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen is a perfect match for the actual product.
In order for the return procedure to be handled as quickly as possible, we invite you to ship all the items you wish to return in a single shipment. In order to reduce the risk of any damage to the products, we recommend that you ship them in the same box in which they were received. If the box is no longer available, it will be possible to ship the items in a different package, making sure that they are well protected. Damaged, stained or altered returns may be refused and not refunded.

In case of purchase by credit card, the repayment time will depend on the credit card used and will in any case take place within two account statements.
SELLER'S LEGAL WARRANTY
The Seller issues, pursuant to and for the purposes of Directive 1999/44 / EC, a legal guarantee on the product for non-compliance of the same with the qualities provided for in the contractor sales. The warranty allows the Buyer, in the event of a lack of conformity of the product, to obtain the repair or replacement of the product, the price reduction or the termination of the contract in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned directive. In any case, the use of the goods that does not comply with that established by the Seller / Manufacturer is not covered by the guarantee.
