Changing the shipping address

It is usually possible to request a change of the delivery address but this may be subject to limitations depending on the area.

Please note that, if you wish to change the delivery address after placing an order on LeSAC, this will be possible only after the goods have been delivered to the courier and not while your order is being processed in our warehouse.

As soon as your order is shipped, you can contact our Customer Service (clienti@le-sac.it) indicating the shipment number of your order, which you will have received by email.

Our staff will forward the request to change the address to the courier.

As the sender of the shipment, it is LeSAC who must make this request.

Changing the address will result in a slight delay in delivery times caused by the courier’s processing times.
