What is a digital discount coupon and how to use it?

A digital discount coupon is an alphanumeric string that entitles you to a discount on a specific purchase. It's applied when completing your order by entering it in STEP 1 of your cart under "promotional code" and then clicking "apply."
The code applies to the entire order except any shipping charges.

IMPORTANT: To use any discount code, you must first log in to the site with your registration credentials.

Why can't I use my voucher?

Some discount coupons must be used on a minimum amount and within a limited time. The terms and conditions are always specified next to the code you receive by email or on the website's homepage.
You can only use one discount coupon per order.
If the system does not accept your voucher, you will be given the reason for its non-use (minimum spend not reached, item excluded from the promotion, discount code expired).

I cancelled my order, why can't I use the voucher anymore?

The voucher is only valid for a single use, so even if you cancel your order, it will no longer be possible to use it.

I'm ordering an item from a company's reserved area. Why isn't the coupon working?

Our promotional coupons are not valid in our company's reserved areas, but only on our public website.
