What is a digital discount coupon?

A digital discount coupon is an alphanumeric code that allows you to access a discount on a specific purchase. You can apply it upon completing the order, entering it in STEP1 of the cart in the field “apply discount” or in the same section in STEP3.
The code applies to the entire order with the exception of any shipping costs and any cash on delivery costs.

How can I use a discount coupon?

You can use it by entering it in STEP1 of the cart in the field “apply discount” or in the same section in STEP3.
The code applies to the entire order with the exception of any shipping costs and any cash on delivery costs.

Enter the discount code and click on “apply discount” and the value of the discount coupon will be deducted from the total.

IMPORTANT: log into the website with your registration credentials before using any discount coupon.

Why can’t I use my coupon?

Some discount coupons are only valid if applied to a minimum amount and within a limited period of time. You can find the terms of use next to the code you receive by e-mail or on the website’s homepage.
You can only use one discount coupon per order.
If the system refuses your coupon, it will also explain the reason for such refusal (minimum expense not reached, item excluded from the promotion, discount code expired).

I canceled my order so why can I no longer use my coupon?

The coupon is only valid for a single use so even if you cancel your order it will no longer be possible to use it.

I’m ordering an item included in a company reserved area: why doesn’t my coupon work?

Discount coupons from promotional campaigns are not valid within the company reserved areas but only on items included in the public website.
