When paying by credit card, as a further guarantee for the customer our website requires that the credit card be connected to the 3D Secure code or the Verified by Visa system (an alphanumeric code you need to enter after filling out all the fields related to the card data before completing your purchase).

Without such a security system, the purchase will not be successful.

What to do?

If you have not already done so, you must register your credit card for the 3D Secure service. Connect to your bank’s website and visit the section dedicated to 3D Secure Service to find out the exact activation procedure required.

If you have already registered your card for the 3D Secure Service in the past or have already used this function for your purchases, you do not need to register again. However, some banks may have changed the activation process to offer an even better payment experience or introduced specific 3D Secure smartphone apps. Contact your bank for more information.
