Reimbursement

LE SAC will take delivery of the returned products and carry out the quality checks to verify their status. The refund will be made by re-crediting the sums paid by the Customer for the purchase of the products according to the payment method used.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of communication of the withdrawal, provided that the Product has been collected by the Courier appointed by LE SAC. In the event that the return takes place at the expense and care of the Customer, LE SAC may withhold the refund until it has received the product or until the Consumer has demonstrated that he has shipped the goods, by sending the POD (Proof of Delivery).

The actual time for the refund of the amount spent will depend on the payment method used (Credit Card, PayPal, AmazonPay, etc.) and the timing of your bank. In the event of a gift, the refund of the sums will be made to the person who made the payment.
