How can I print my payment receipt?

You can print the payment receipt only after your order has been confirmed, processed by our warehouse, and is ready for shipping.

You can download your “order note” by logging in to the website with your registration credentials and going into your order details in the “Order History” section.

Do you need an invoice?
If you need an invoice, remember to request one in STEP 2 of the cart by clicking on “DO YOU WANT TO RECEIVE AN INVOICE?” > “Yes, with this data”.

PLEASE NOTE: the Invoice request must be made upon order confirmation. It will not be possible to request an invoice later and/or at a later date.

The invoice will be sent to your Tax Box within the times and in the manner provided for by the new legislation in force. A courtesy invoice will be included in your “Order History” but this will not have any fiscal value.
