The courier delivers from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The courier will go to the Customer’s home to deliver the goods a first time. In the event that the Customer is absent, there will be a second attempt on the next working day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the order will be placed in storage. The Customer has 3 days to call GLS/ the Customer Service and reschedule a new delivery attempt. If, despite all our efforts, the delivery should not be successful, the package will be returned to the sender. To avoid delays in delivery, we invite you, as far as possible, to have your orders delivered to addresses where someone will be able to receive the goods during the day.
