Seller legal guarantee

Purchases made on lesacoutlet.it are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005 n. 206 (consumer code) for the guarantee for defects and non-conformities of the products.

LE SAC guarantees, pursuant to article 129 of the consumer code, the conformity of the goods sold.

In the event of a lack of conformity of the purchased product, the Customer has the right to have the conformity restored, or to receive a proportional reduction in the price, or to terminate the contract, all to be exercised according to the methods and terms set out in article 135 bis , 135 ter and 135 quater of the consumer code.
