HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Placing an order couldn't be simpler on our site lesacoutlet.it. Discover our catalogue by navigating our site by just using the different categories such as Travel, Shoes, Women, Men and so on, or simply use 'Search'.
Choose the items you want to buy by clicking on 'Add to Cart'. Once your items are in the cart, just follow the instructions and click on 'Proceed with your order'.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
Once an order is placed, it is then transmitted to our warehouse for processing subject to prior payment validation.
Generally, almost all ordered items are already available in our warehouse for immediate despatch, which means that the items are checked, packed and delivered to the courier very quickly. This is why it's not possible to make changes to your order or to the selected methods of payment and delivery.
All orders are delivered to the courier within 2 working days.
HOW DO I PAY?
Le SAC offers the following payment options:
-Credit card: Visa, Mastercard
-Prepaid PostePay card
Le SAC will then send you a confirmation email once the order is completed. In order to ensure maximum security, Le SAC reserves the right to contact you by phone to validate the order with you. Following this validation, the order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Payment must be made upon delivery of the order by the courier. Payment is CASH ONLY (cheques, vouchers or any other means of payment are not accepted).
Please pay the courier the exact amount for your order as the courier is not authorized to give change.
IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

Payment on our site is completely secure: your bank details will be encrypted and transmitted in code so as to make them completely unreadable. Le SAC is not able to see your credit card details and our operators will never ask you to disclose them.
Once you have placed your order via this method of payment you will receive an email with our bank details. Don't forget to put your order number in the payment description field.
Once we receive the payment, the order will be released and processed.
You have 3 days to make the bank transfer, after which time the order will be cancelled and the items released.
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
If you have a Le SAC discount code, you can enter it in your shopping cart before completing your order in the ‘Enter your discount code’ field.
After entering the code, click on “Apply discount” and the promotion will be applied directly to your cart amount.
Please remember to LOG IN on our website otherwise the discount code will not be recognized.
HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS DELIVERED?
Le SAC does home delivery as standard in Italy using the courier GLS.
Exclusively for Milan, you can request delivery of your order to one of our stores there.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
If you pay for your order on Le SAC website by Credit Card, Prepaid Card, Paypal Account or Cash on Delivery (available only in Italy), your items will be processed immediately and shipped with delivery to the courier within 24-48 hours on average. If you pay by bank transfer, your order will be processed in the warehouse only once payment has been received.
Delivery will be made within 3-5 working days from the date of shipment anywhere in Italy. Delivery to the Italian islands, or to remote or inaccessible areas may take a few days longer.

HOW DO I KNOW WHERE MY PACKAGE IS?
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail that lets you track the status of your parcel shipment on our courier GLS's website. This link is activated within 12 hours of receiving the email. If you can't find your order's tracking status when you click on the link, please wait and then try again after an hour or two.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME WHEN MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED?
Courier deliveries are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The courier will first come to the Customer's home to deliver the goods. If the Customer is not there, they will make a second attempt to deliver on the next business day. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be placed in a storage depot. The Customer has 3 days to call GLS/customer service and reschedule a new delivery attempt. If despite all our efforts delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be sent back to the sender. To avoid delays in delivery, please arrange as far as possible for your orders to be delivered to addresses where there will be someone to accept them during the day.

Le SAC guarantees that all products sold in its stores and on lesacoutlet.it are authentic. Our knowledgeable, specialist staff are also always at your disposal to support you before, during and after your purchase.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Not happy with your purchase? The size you chose isn't quite right, perhaps? No problem: you can return your order within 14 calendar days. If you bought your item at one of our stores, please bring it back to the store's cash desk together with your receipt. If you bought online, click here for more information.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Open the return request from your ‘Order History’ page, select the order you want to return and click on ‘Open return product process’ and follow the wizard.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
HOW DOES THE REFUND TAKE PLACE?
You will be refunded using the same method you used to pay for the order. For orders paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer you will be asked for your bank details.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Customers shall be responsible for return postage charges for all orders within Europe (except for Italy).
The item can be mailed at your local post office or by a courier of your choice. You need to keep the shipment receipt for your reference and to track your shipment.
Returned goods must be sent to Le SAC in a single shipment to the following address:

WHY DO I NEED TO CREATE A CUSTOMER PROFILE?
Creating this Customer Profile enables you to take advantage of all the services offered by Le SAC such as tracking your package, returning products, viewing order history and so on.
You can change them at any time simply by managing your online Customer Profile. You can also delete them completely from our database simply by asking us.
HOW IS THE NAME OR PERSONAL INFORMATION OF MY CUSTOMER PROFILE USED?
In accordance with Article 130 of the Italian Privacy Code, all the information you enter in creating your Customer Profile on lesacoutlet.it is used solely for your commercial relationship with Le SAC, including commercial (or advertising) information relating to products similar to those you have bought.
This information will never be lent or sold to third parties.
You can access and change your data at any time.
We do not retain any of your bank details (credit card number) since payments are made directly on our payment platform.

TSA LOCKING GUIDE: I CAN'T OPEN MY TROLLEY BAG
Trolley bags with a TSA combination lock are mainly designed for flights from/to America.
The key for opening the combination lock is held solely and exclusively for any luggage inspections by airport staff.
They use this key to open the suitcase without tampering with its contents.
Here are the directions to set up the combination of the suitcase:
1. Remove the red arrow if the lock is equipped with it.
2. The combination is set to open to 0-0-0. Choose 3 digits that you can easily remember (birthday, address, etc.).
3. Look for the button or lever near the combination wheels:
- If there is the button press until you have rotated the wheels into your chosen combination, and then release it to fix the combination.
- If there is a lever, move it to the lowest position (sometimes move upwards to the right), rotate the wheels into the chosen combination, and then put the lever back in its original position.
Its 3-digit combination is now set.
